Dedicated team at the lowest possible price
80% of our customers have a permanent team of developers (in our office). A dedicated development team. It is especially interesting for IT companies or large enterprises that have a constant need for development resources. It is also beneficial for customers with large websites which constantly need further development and maintenance. But to web agencies with varying resources and skills we would recommend to cooperate on a project basis.
A dedicated team can best be compared to having your own employees and should not be confused with consultancy work. We take care of all practical issues from recruitment to administration, so you can concentrate on the development itself. It costs a fixed amount per month which includes the salary for each employee. You have no employer obligations since the employee is employed by InterLogic. But on a daily basis it is your responsibility to provide tasks for the team. At the same time, you have unlimited freedom to use the team as you like without having to negotiate time, price and scope with anyone else but yourself.
- The hourly rate is approx. 30% lower than on project basis.
- It is always the same developers, who get a better knowledge of your system. It will be easier to explain the tasks and it leads to fewer misunderstandings, higher quality and efficiency.
- Unlimited freedom to define the project scope without having to negotiate time and price.

- Same type of tasks corresponding to the competencies in the team. Otherwise, we can supplement with our project department.
- You should have the time and desire to be involved on a daily basis and be available in case of questions. At least one hour per day or more depending on team size.
- Minimum 1 man for at least 3 months.
It costs a fixed amount per month which is invoiced on top of employee salary. This amount covers costs for taxes and pensions, premises, hardware, software, recruitment, administration, etc.

They have been responsible for the ongoing development of scor.dk and now also for our mobile app. Here in Denmark we get the ideas for new features and we discuss with the developers in Ukraine the best way to do it. This way we can concentrate on business development.

We prefer to start cooperation by sending developers to meet with the customer onsite in order to get to know the project and the organization, so that they were not just someone you email or talk to on Skype. Usually introduction process lasts from 1 to 3 weeks, and the only additional cost is flight and hotel. The benefit here is that it requires less preparation and gives the possibility to sit next to each other and ask questions when they come up.
Workshop in Ukraine
The cooperation or a new project can be started by your coming to Ukraine where we organize a workshop. Typically, it requires 3 days including traveling time. Here you can present the project for the whole team, as well as developers get an opportunity to ask questions and plan team building after working hours. We define scope for the entire project together and make well detailed plan of the first sprint.
We recommend an agile development methodology SCRUM. It does not have to be exactly by the book with daily stand-up meetings, but it's necessary to split the tasks into sprints and have weekly Skype meetings to be able to track progress and align expectations.
We use the tools that the customer prefers, but we can also recommend some. We use issue tracking systems such as Jira and Trello. Jira for complex projects and Trello for smaller tasks. We use version control systems like Git and Subversion, so it is possible to work together on the code in a development team. We use Confluence to plan the work and discuss ideas.
